Job responsibilities:

1. Process analysis, communication with customers and product optimization
2, use UG/CATIA to complete the stamping process design and rebound analysis
3, process drawing review, bounce review
4. Tracking of site output, tracking and statistics of rebound
5. Deal with abnormal problems on site
6, check the production site, put forward a rational plan to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Operations supervisor

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist in the organization, compilation and decomposition of the company's development strategic planning and annual business objectives;
2. Assist in the regular supervision and tracking of the annual work plan/business plan of each department;
3. Collected, monitored and analyzed monthly, quarterly and annual operating data of all departments of the company;
4. Organize the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual business analysis reports, and organize and hold business analysis meetings;
5. Responsible for organizational performance management: structured breakdown of middle and high-level performance, process monitoring and early warning, promotion of improvement and result evaluation.
6. Follow-up and supervision of company-level meeting tasks/matters supervised by the general manager;
7. Coordinated and promoted the company's business anomalies/risks across departments, received the abnormal upgrading of company-level projects and organized solutions;
6. Process system management: assist in establishing and improving the standardized management of the company's various systems;
